Good afternoon! I'm Riceball! It's very nice to meet you!
I hope we can be friends ^____^
I Love to draw anime/manga...ano...I'm not very good but I hope to inprove in the future! My dream is to one day either create my own manga or help to make one ^o^
I love to use traditional tools (pencil, pen, color pencils w00t!!!) sometimes I color my pics using the program Gimp2 (photoshop is really hard for me to use
)
When I was eight (maybe even before that) I watched DBZ, Sailor Moon, and Cardcaptors and fell in love with them to the point where I wanted to try and draw them. ^-^ Yup that's where I started.
Later after watching Rurouni Kenshin I got this unbelievable obsession with Japan and the Japanese culture. So now I luv anime and Japan!
If there's anything I can do please let me know and I would be honored to help ^-^
Tips I learned about drawing from books and other artists ^-^:
#1- If you want to improve you have to be able to see your mistakes in the drawings you make.
#2- Sometimes it's might be easier to start with the eyes (as a center of your drawing) of a character so that you can construct the rest of the face/body around them.

got that anatomy book but it seems more like real REAL anatomy, not so much the type they use at manga but its still a good reference.
